Requirements of submission:

• Must be a 501(c)(3) [IRS Certified Tax Free Status] and in existence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Charity must benefit the Bismarck/Mandan area.
• Charity must have a history of filing a 990N, 990EZ, or 990.
• If charity has been selected within past 24 months, it is not eligible to be considered for nomination.
• Nominating member or team must be in good standing with Power of 100 membership to nominate a charity.
• Member or Team nominating the charity, must be present at the meeting for the charity to be submitted and selected. 
• Nomination must be submitted 48 hours in advance of meeting. 
• Only one nomination per meeting from a team or individual member.
